Hausman Fruit Farm

We are currently raising the 5th generation on our farm that has been in the family since 1916. We will be offering fruit of all kinds from May through October such as strawberries, cherries, blueberries, melons, plums, apricots, peaches, nectarines, apples.  In addition to fresh produce we also have an on site bakery where everything we bake is made from scratch using the freshest ingredients.  Such as pies, muffins, crumb cakes, cupcakes fruit breads and old fashioned treats like sho-fly pie, funny cake, Tandy cake, whoopee pies and more. When we have extra produce we preserve it, offering jams, salsas', pickled vegetables, pie fillings, apple sauce and more.  If you don't see something you want please feel free to ask.  Thank you for supporting your local farmers!

Located at Macungie Mountain Herb stand as an associate vendor. Brings to the market - mixed bouquets. Chemical free flowers all from the farm in New Tripoli. Flowers include, snapdragons, sunflowers, zinnias, foxglove, celosia, lisianthus, rudbeckia, marigolds and many others. Flower types vary depending on the season. Also offers a flower subscription/CSA with free delivery to the macungie area.
